Before real estate, she drove a taxi in San Francisco. What she loved most wasn’t the driving—it was the people. Figuring out where they needed to go, reading the moment, and getting them there the best way possible. That instinct never left. These days, real estate is just the vehicle.
Her background spans design, rental management, finance, and home staging—including running her own company, Fresh Home Staging, through the highs and lows of the San Francisco market. She’s seen it all, navigated it all, and knows how to keep things moving without the drama.
Sandra has a degree in Industrial Design from California College of the Arts, which shows up in how she sees homes—and how she helps clients see them too. Every situation is different. Every client is different. There’s no script.

Working with buyers is such a genuine treat. The discovery of the obvious and hidden needs and wants of the buyer, plus the broad research to uncover listings and properties that may not show up at first glance. Honing in on ‘must-haves’ and getting as many boxes checked on a client's list gives me a boost of joy every day to help them in the process and make it as stress-free and streamlined as possible for them. The sell side of a real estate transaction offers the chance to utilize my design and marketing skills for prepping a property to promoting the project and negotiating on your behalf.
